This healthy salad have a refreshing combination of ingredients , cucumber & mint which not only satisfy your taste buds but also gives you the nutrition you need.
Cucumber (Peeled) :- 1/2 of the medium size ( approx 1/2 cup cut into small cubes)
Grapes:- 10 ( cut in half )
A pinch of Sugar
Lemon juice:- 1 Tsp
Blend to make a puree :-
Black Olives:- 1/4 Cup (Pitted)
Olive Oil:- 1/2 Tbsp
Black Pepper:- A Pich
Mint Leaves:- 6-7
1) Mix cucumber, grapes , salt , sugar and lemon juice in a bowl.
2) In a blender make a puree/paste of black olives, olive oil, mint leaves & black pepper.
3) Add black olive and mint puree to the cucumber grape salad and mix everything well.
