How To Make Pizza Dough:-
Prepare the pizza dough as you normally would and let it rise one time.Punch the dough down and separate it into round balls. Each ball should be enough dough to make whatever size pizza you usually make.
How To Freeze Pizza Dough:-
Wrap each ball of dough tightly twice in plastic wrap. Use enough plastic wrap so that the dough doesn't push its way out of the wrap.Place each wrapped ball of dough in a zip-top bag and squeeze out the air, then seal. Label the bags with the date and "Pizza Dough" so that you can find and identify them later.
How To Thaw:-
Simply thaw your dough in the fridge overnight. Then, take it out, and allow it to come to room temperature and to go through the first rise. Proceed with your pizza recipe as usual.

Notes / Tips:
1) If your recipe makes enough dough for more than one pizza, divide your dough into individual pizza amounts before you package it for the freezer.
2) Store your pizza dough in the freezer until you need it. It'll keep indefinitely, but is best used within three months.
3)Turn this kid-friendly favorite into a complete meal by serving it with a side salad. Add a selection of veggies such as cucumber, diced tomato and chopped carrots. Top with a creamy dressing.
4)The pizza dough should be frozen after it has risen once and been knocked back. Divide the dough into your preferred portion sizes, wrap loosely in clingfilm and seal each ball of dough tightly in a freezer bag. Thaw the dough overnight in the fridge, or for 2-3 hours at room temperature, then roll out, spread on toppings and bake.
5)It’s best to transfer frozen dough from the freezer to the refrigerator the night before (or 10 to 12 hours before) you want to use it. But the dough balls pulled straight from the freezer and left to warm up on the counter will be completely defrosted in about 1-1/2 hours. The dough is practically indestructible.
6)If you want to bake the pizzas next day then do not freeze ,just line a floured baking sheet , put the dough balls on it, and cover them with plastic wrap, giving them room to expand (they’ll almost double in size), and let them rise in the refrigerator overnight. To use dough that has been refrigerated overnight, simply pull it out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes before shaping the dough into a pizza.
7)Use a pizza stone and preheat it in a crazy hot oven for 30 minutes before baking. This gives you a great crispy crust and chewy, doughy center.

How To Make & Freeze Your Own Wraps/Burritos for Healthy, Tasty & Cheap Breakfasts/Lunches/Dinners ( Step By Step Pictures)
Burritos are great for breakfast, lunch or dinner it's fast, portable, and can be ready in under 2 minutes by freezing it ahead. These are not only easy to make but also freeze well, and give you complete control over what's inside
Take sometime on Sunday to make and freeze a batch of your favorite burritos, then enjoy a hot and incredibly filling meal anytime all week long, that only takes 2 minutes .
These are the BEST and will keep you full for hours! You can fill your burritos with whatever ingredients you like best, these are easy on the budget and a perfect make-ahead idea from leftover too.Just divide your leftovers evenly among the tortillas, wrap tightly in foil, and freeze, Voila.
Assemble Your Burrito:- Lay large (8″) flour tortillas out on a clean surface & Divide the fillings evenly between the tortillas.
Roll the burritos :- By folding over the top of the tortilla, folding in the sides, then rolling to the end.
Prepare To Freeze :-Wrap each one in plastic wrap then, if the ingredients inside differ, mark the outside with the initials. After wrapping i usually put then in a freezer in a tray for 1 hour or so until it firms up.Date and label a freezer bag, then place the burritos inside and freeze.
How To Reheat The Frozen Burrito:-When you’re ready to eat, Remove a breakfast burrito from your freezer about five to 10 minutes before breakfast(if possible:). Unwrap the burrito and place it on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave the burrito on medium-high for two to three minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add condiments, such as vgean sour cream or chipotle dressing, after the burrito is heated.
OPTIONAL STEP:- Unwrap the burrito & microwave on microwave safe plate for 1 minute , then Coat an 8-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium to medium-high heat.Transfer the burrito to the hot skillet (seam side down ) and cook until light brown, carefully flip the burrito and cook the another side. ( this step can be skipped if you have cooked tortilla, mine was not cooked).
Wrap in foil if desired. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas
Breakfast is served!..Enjoy :)
Notes:-
1)Whenever making burrotis keep the ingredients simple and flavorful. Rice, beans, sautéed vegetables, roasted potatoes and/or a sprinkle of vegan cheese will do the trick.
2) DO NOT ADD fresh vegetables, like fresh tomatoes or lettuce as they don't take freeze well.
3) Allow your burrito filling to cool, place it in a warm tortilla, wrap the burrito and let the tortilla cool to room temperature. Freezing hot burritos can cause uneven freezing, which can alter the texture and taste of the food.
4)Ideal way to freeze your wraps once you've made them is to wrap them in foil, then tightly wrap them again in plastic wrap. Doing both may create a lot of waste, but it ensures that your precious burritos aren't exposed to freezer air, and your food doesn't spoil or get freezer burned before you get a chance to eat it. ( I didn't do this way as i used double sided freezer bags )
5)You can also thaw burritos in the refrigerator overnight, then wrap each in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until hot. The thawed burritos can also be deep fried for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
6)If frozen carefully, the burritos can last for a year.( It will be gone wayyyy before that i promise..:)
Burrito Pictured above is 3 Ingredient Healthy Vegan Burrito ,one of my all time favorite.
Has anyone else tried freezer burritos? What are your favorite ingredients? How about a breakfast burrito?

3) If you're having trouble finding a method how to clean a burnt stainless steel pot that works for you, keep in mind that you may need to repeat these processes a few times in order to remove all of the built-up residue from your stainless steel pan or pot.
4) Avoid using steel wool or abrasive cleansers on polished metal. They can create scratches that will allow food to stick and burn even more easily.

How to Freeze Pancakes For Quick Breakfast / Cooking Tip
Make and freeze pancakes in advance and enjoy them anytime. This is a great way to help you save money and TIME.It really makes mornings a lot easier!Once they're frozen, reheating pancakes is simple enough that even older children can warm them up for breakfast on their own.
How to Freeze Pancakes
1)Make your favorite pancakes (Double the recipe if you want) Check out some great pancake recipes here
2) Allow to cool completely.
3) Once they are cool. Place the pancakes on a baking sheet in a single layer and pop it in the freezer for 30 minutes. (This step is important to prevent the pancakes from sticking together. SEE NOTES BELOW FOR ALTERNATIVE WAY)
4)Place them in a freezer bag or container and freeze. Before freezing, label with the name/type of pancakes and date that they were made.
How to Reheat Frozen Pancakes:
Microwave: Place frozen pancakes on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave uncovered on high for about 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, or until heated through, but don’t overcook them or they’ll get tough. Then finish in the toaster for another minute or so to crisp up the edges.
Toaster Oven:-Slide the lever to the lightest setting . Pop the pancakes in the slots and toast on one or two cycles until warm.
Conventional Oven: Place frozen pancakes in a single layer on a cookie sheet and cover with foil. Bake in a 375°F oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until hot, cover tightly with foil, which will keep them from drying out.
More KITCHEN TIPS
Notes / Tips:-
1) Use the frozen pancakes within 1 to 2 months for best quality.
2) Use the same method to freeze the WAFFLES &/OR FRENCH TOAST
3) You Can also freeze the pancake batter:- Mix up your favorite batter and pour it into a gallon size ziplop bag .Ensure all the excess air is out of the bag. Seal and freeze.Whenever you're ready ,just thaw in warm water or overnight in the refrigerator. Cut off a corner of the bag and pipe the pancakes directly onto the hot griddle.
4)Alternately, if a baking sheet won’t fit in your freezer or you are simply feeling lazy (like i always do) then freeze pancakes by placing a square of wax or parchment paper between each one in a stack.
5) Unless a freezer bag shows signs of wear rinse and reuse! Not only will this save your wallet, it helps reduce the amount of waste in our landfills.
How ( 5 Ways ) To Reheat Leftover Pizza
Reheating the cold pizza using any of the methods mentioned below will bring that slice back to life and no longer will you have to eat it cold, rubbery, burnt, or flavorless.
Putting pizza in the refrigerator will break down the chemicals inside the dough, which gives it that bummer, tough texture the next day. Before putting the leftover pizza in the fridge, Wrap the pizza in plastic wrap, put it in a freezer bag or other container to avoid drying.
The USDA and other food safety experts recommend leaving pizza out at room temperature for no more than two hours.
How To Reheat Leftover Pizza
Toaster Oven Method:
HOW TO DO:-
Preheat over to 400 degrees
Put in slices on some foil for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
Skillet Method:
HOW TO DO:-
1: Get a large skillet, and heat some olive oil until it is ready, over medium-high heat. You only need enough olive oil to coat the pan,
2: Reduce heat to medium/medium-low, and put pizza in the pan.
3: Cover the pan (very important or the toppings won't get warm), and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
A conventional oven is likely to give you the closest to original texture and taste for your reheated pizza slices. It’s also the most practical for reheating lots of slices at once.
HOW TO DO:-
Conventional Oven Method:
HOW TO DO:-
1.Heat a foil-lined cookie sheet in a 450°F oven until hot (high heat makes the crust crispy).
2.Arrange slices on the sheet and heat until the cheese is bubbly.
If it's cold (from the fridge), heat for 10 minutes.
If it's cold (from the fridge), heat for 10 minutes.
If it's fresh but not hot, just heat for about 5 minutes.
This is the least favorite method to reheat the pizza but in case you don't have enough time to do any of the above method orjust feeling lazy..;)..then opt for microwaving ..
(The time will depend on what toppings you had and how cold it was in the fridge. It's done when the cheese bubbles.)
Microwave Method
HOW TO DO:-
Place a single slice in the microwave for only 10 to 20 seconds. Just enough to soften up the cheese and dough a little bit.
Per slice: 20 seconds in the microwave to warm up the bread then 30 seconds under the broiler to melt the cheese and crisp the topping.
OR

How To Make Homemade Pancake Syrup ( Super Easy & Inexpensive )
Store bought syrups are not only too expensive but also full of corn syrup and other stuff that we don't even know.
Homemade Pancake Syrup is fast, easy to make, stores well in the fridge, and is healthier than store-bought pancake syrup (though of course it's still all sugar but atleast I know where all the ingredients come from!!)and no plastic bottle to recycle , also you can flavor it as you wish! This is wonderful.
Who knew making your own pancake syrup could be so easy!
Ingredients:-
Brown Sugar:- 1 Cup ( See My Post On How To Make Homemade Brown Sugar)
Water:- 1/2 Cup
Maple Flavoring of your choice:- 1 Tsp
Procedure:-
1) Mix Brown Sugar and water in a saucepan.
2) Bring mixture to boil, let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Don't let it boil again or overcook.
3) Add 1 Tsp or so of maple flavoring to suit your taste and serve.
OR
Add a little water and a dab of butter to fruit jelly and heat over low heat for a short time. You will get a delicious fruit syrup.
More KITCHEN TIPS
Notes:-
1) You can flavor the syrup after removing it from the burner ( like with vanilla or almond extract, maple extract, orange zest, lemon zest) OR If you like fruity syrup, you can add some frozen berries after turning off the burner, and leave the pan on the burner (remember, the heat should be turned off). They'll thaw as the syrup cools and you can mash them into the syrup before serving.
2)If your syrup turned out thinner than you like, boil it a little longer the next time you make it.
3)For the best flavor and consistency, these syrups are made to be served warm. They will be stiff if you serve them straight from the refrigerator, so set the glass jar in a pan of hot water and let them warm up. Alternately, scoop out a portion of syrup into a small bowl and warm it for a few seconds in the microwave.
4)Once your syrup is cooled enough, you can pour it into a glass jar or bottle, or re-use an old syrup container. It will keep in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. If the sugar begins to crystalize, you can put the container in some hot water to re-dissolve the sugar particles.
5)You can use the syrup on pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, biscuits, or even ice cream.
6)Homemade pancake syrup will make a nice gift, with some pancake mix, a spatula, and maybe a frying pan in a basket.

How to Steam Or Boil A Potato In Microwave
The microwave oven not only makes cooking faster but more convenient too.Microwaving potato makes few dirty dishes and also shortens cooking time for any recipe that calls for boiled potatoes. This is great for the busy mom who needs to get dinner ready quick. It is also great for those hot summer months when you don't want to turn on your oven or stove. Cooking them in the microwave is just a faster and cooler way to cook the potatoes.
How to Steam Or Boil Or Cook A Potato In Microwave
Ingredients:-
Potato
Microwave
Microwave safe bowl & cup
Knife
Procedure:-
1) Wash the potato under running water by rubbing it with your hands to remove any dirt.
2) Puncture a few times with a fork/knife.(This is important, as it allows the steam to escape. Otherwise the potato may explode when you cook it.)
3) Place potato on microwave-safe dish along with a microwave safe cup full of water ( water helps prevents the wrinkling of the skin).
4) Cook on high for 4-5 minutes for the first potato, plus 2-3 minutes for each additional potato.
5) Turn over potatoes halfway through cooking.
6) When done, remove the potato from microwave, the skin should peel off pretty easily, but be careful — it’s gonna be one hot potato.
More KITCHEN TIPS
Notes:-
1) You can also chop potato into pieces. Submerg in water in a microwave safe bowl.Add 1 tsp. vegetable oil to help keep the potatoes from boiling over while cooking. Do not cover.Microwave for 6 minutes..... stir and check with a fork (if the fork goes in easy its done) if not try for 3-4 minutes more.
2) Don’t peel the potato until after you’ve microwaved it. If you do, the whole potato gets a tough exterior shell that’s almost impossible to remove.
3) Most nutrients are preserved when potatoes are cooked and eaten with the skin on. If peeling, use a vegetable peeler or sharp paring knife and keep the peeling very thin, since many of the nutrients are found close to the skin.
4) Do not freeze cooked potatoes at home as they become watery upon reheating. The potato is 80 percent water; and when frozen, this water separates from the starch and nutrients.
5) Potatoes are rich in vitamin B, fiber, minerals, as much protein as a half a glass of milk, nearly half the daily requirement of vitamin C, and not to mention its recent rating as the #1 food source of potassium, potatoes are the most complete vegetable in your produce section---and for your belly. Also, don’t forget what potatoes don’t have in them. They have no fat, no sodium and no cholesterol!
6)Times below are for an 8-ounce potato cooking in a 1000 watt oven:
1 potato: 5 minutes
2 potatoes: 7-8 minutes
4 potatoes: 13-15 minutes
