Watermelon & Cucumber Salad
Try this delicious and healthy & low calorie fruit salad with a twist.The quantity of each depends on individual but make sure to measure out nuts so that you don't go overboard
Recipe Adapted From Ali Vincent Show
Ingredients:-
Watermelon (cubed)
Cucumber (peeled and cubed)
Peanuts or Almonds crushed( I used slivered almonds )
Cilantro
2-3 tbsp rice wine vinegar or lime juice
Procedure:-
Mix ingredients together, add cilantro to taste. Serve immediately.
Enjoy:)
