No Bake Peanut Butter balls


Who doesn't love the recipes which requires no baking or cooking..Peanut butter is everyone's favorite so these healthy treats can be enjoyed anytime. Kids will surely love to help you in making & eating these easy and yummy goodies.


Ingredients:-

Peanut butter:- 1/2 cup
Nonfat dry milk powder:- 1/4 cup
Unsweetened flaked coconut:- 1/4 cup
Rolled oats:-1/3 cup
Ground cinnamon:-1/2 tsp
Honey:-1/4 cup

(you can add any nuts of your choice too)

Procedure:-

1) Combine peanut butter, milk powder and coconut in a large mixing bowl.
2)Mix oats, ground cinnamon & honey until thoroughly combined.
3)Shape the mixture into small balls.( Use ice cream scooper for making same size balls).
4) Chill in the refrigerator before serving for about an hour.

Store leftover treats in the refrigerator.
