Perfect Vegan Pancakes / Eggless Breakfast Pancake Recipe



There is no greater comfort then tucking into a stack of pancakes dripping with syrup and piled high with strawberries and bananas.



Perfect Vegan Pancakes ( No egg, No Dairy, No Refined Sugar)

Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time:- 10-15 Minutes
Serve:- Makes 8 four to five-inch pancakes

Ingredients:-

All Purpose Flour:- 1 1/4 Cups
Baking Powder:- 2 Tsp
Salt:- 1/2 Tsp
Ground Cinnamon:- 1 Tsp ( OPTIONAL)
Oil:- 2 Tbsp
Water: 1/3 Cup
Plain Rice Milk Or Soy Milk:- 1 to 1 1/4 Cups
Pure Maple Syrup:- 2 Tbsp
Pure Vanilla Extract:- 1 Tsp

Procedure:

1) Preheat a large skillet over medium heat for atleast 2 Minutes ( and upto 5 minutes).

2) In a large bowl , sift together the flour , baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

3) Make a well in the center and add the oil, water, milk, maple syrup and vanilla.

4) Mix just until ingredients are combined. A few lumps in the batter are just fine.

5) Spray the pan with a light coat of cooking spray ( or a very light coat of oil). Pour pancakes one at a time and cook until bubbles form and the top looks somewhat dry ( about 3 minutes).

6) Flip over and cook for another minute.

Instant Vegan Oats Pancake / Oats Chilla



Serve this healthy protien rich oats pancake in your breakfast to give yourself a great start for your day.You can also add any finely grated vegetables in the panacke batter to make it more healthy.



Instant Vegan Oats Pancake / Oats Chilla

Preparation Time:- 5 minutes
Cooking Time:- 10 minutes
Makes:- 6 small pancakes

Ingredients:-

Oats:- 1/4 Cup ( Grind into a fine powder in a coffee grinder)
Rice Flour:- 1/8 Cup
Semolina/ Sooji:- 1/8 Cup
All Purpose Flour/ Maida:- 1 Tbsp
Flax seed Powder:- 1 Tbsp
Red chilli powder:- 1/4 Tsp
Turmeric Powder:- 1/4 Tsp
Salt
Garam Masala Powder:- 1/2 Tsp
Black Salt:- 1/4 Tsp
Water:- Approx 1/2 Cup
Oil



Procedure:-

1)Grind oats in the coffee grinder to make a fine powder and keep it aside.

2) Mix everything except water in a bowl.

3)Add water to make a smooth batter..(Batter should not be too thin or too thick)

4)Heat a non-stick pan & season with a little oil.

5)Pour 1/4 cup of batter and spread it with a help of spoon. Cook on medium heat till crisp and golden brown.

5)Flip and cook the other side.

Serve hot with chutney or pickle ..Enjoy:)
