No Bake Vegan Cookie Recipe ( Stpe By Step Pictures)



For a sweet ending to your meal, look no further than these no-bake easy, healthy, and wonderful cookies.




No Bake Vegan Cookie Recipe

Preparation Time:-5 Minutes
Cooking Time:-0 Minutes
Makes:- makes 1 cup packed cookie dough ( 2 Servings)

Update:- If you don't like using raw ingredients then you can toast cashews,oats and flour before using.

Ingredients:-

Unsalted cashews:- 1/2 cup ( I used the pre toasted ones)
Rolled oats:- 1/4 cup
Spelt flour/oat flour/whole wheat/all purpose (any flour will more than likely work):- 1/4 cup
Salt:- A pinch
Natural cane sugar:- 1 1/2 Tbsp
Pure vanilla extract/:- 1/2 Tsp
Pure maple syrup:- 2 Tbsp ( you may need to add a bit more if it is too dry)
Chocolate or Dark chocolate chips:- 1/4 Cup



Procedure:-

1) In a food processor add the cashews & oats until fine crumbs start to form.

2) Add the salt, sugar & flour. Process until just combined.

3) Add the maple syrup & vanilla. Process until combined.

4) Add chocolate chips, either stir by hand or whirl in the processor.

5) Form into mini cookies and store in the freezer (if left).

Vegan Chocolate Mousse ( Only 2 Ingredient )



Your guests will never suspect that this awesome chocolate mousse has only two ingredients & is dairy-free too. Make the day before and chill in individual serving glasses

Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Preparation Time:- 5 Minutes
Cooking Time:- 2 Minutes
Serves:- 6

Ingredients:-

Silken Tofu:- 1 1/4 lbs.
Semisweet Chocolate Chips, melted:- 3/4 Cup

Procedure:-

1) In a blender , puree the tofu until smooth.

2) Add the melted chocolate and blend thoroughly .

3) Pour into 6 individual dessert bowls and chill.

Optional:- Dust with powdered sugar or top with a strawberry or other berries.

Enjoy:)

Healthy Vegan Mini Snack Balls / No Bake Dessert (Step By Step Pictures)



This is really easy-to-prepare no bake vegan snack that will be ready in under 5 minutes.Also great to pack in your kids lunch box and i promise they will never know that mommmy packed a healthy dessert..:)



Healthy Vegan Mini Snack Balls / No Bake Dessert

Preperation Time:- 5 Minutes
Cooking Time:- 0 Minutes
Makes:- 15 mini balls

Ingredients:-

Whole Wheat Flour:- 1/4 Cup
Flax Seed Powder:- 1/8 Cup
Cocoa Powder:- 1/8 Cup
Toasted Sesame Seeds:- 1/8 Cup
Maple Syrup:- 1/8 Cup
Sugar (optional)



Procedure:-

Grind sesame seeds in the coffee grinder into a fine powder.

1) Mix whole wheat flour, flax seed powder ,cocoa powder and ground sesame powder in a bowl.

2) Add maple syrup and mix well.

3) Take 1/2 Tbsp of the mixture in your hands and roll into mini balls.

4) Then roll the balls in the sugar. ( This step is optional).

Serve & Enjoy..:)

No Bake Chocolate Nut Balls ( Vegan Dessert )



Here's an easy no-bake treat for everyone.These simple and healthy little no bake energy bites are perfect for a delicious snack Or Make these for potlucks, get together's , picnics or just pack it in the lunch box as these easy peasy quick bites will be ready under 5 minutes & are great when you're short on time and you don't even have to turn on the oven in this hot weather. Make them a day ahead to let the flavors blend.



Ingredients:-

Unsalted Peanuts:- 1/2 Cup
Almonds:- 1/4 Cup
Oats:- 1/4 Cup
Dessicated Coconut:- 1/4 Cup
Powdered Sugar:- 1/4 Cup
Flaxseed Powder:- 1 Tbsp
Cocoa Powder:- 1 Tbsp
Maple syrup/Honey:- 1 Tbsp
Oil:- 2 Tbsp




Procedure:-

1) Place all the ingredients in the food processor and process until well blended. You may have to stop and scrape the sides of the container.

2) Remove the mix from the processor and roll into balls.

TIPS:-

1) Refrigerate if you are planning to keep it for long time, consume within 3-4 days.

2) If you don't like the raw taste , toast the peanuts,almonds & oats. You can toast in the oven or on the stove top. Cool them completely before grinding.

3)Add/replace any other nuts if you like( walnuts , pecans etc.)
