Crunchy peanuts coated with a spicy chickpea/besan mixture make a perfect snack for a relaxed evening cup of tea.Beware these are really addicting too :)These are great way of making a variation of peanuts as snacks and much easier and healthier than the fried ones.
Be very careful whilst cooking them as even a few extra seconds in the microwave will make the nuts hard and difficult to bite into.

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:-
- Salted peanuts , unskinned:- 1/2 Cup
- Besan (bengal gram flour/Chickpea Flour):- 1/2 Cup
- Chilli powder:- 2 Tsp
- Fennel seeds (saunf) powder:- 1 Tsp
- Black salt (sanchal):- 1 1/2 Tsp
- Oil:- 1 Tbsp
- Water:- 2 to 3 Tbsp
Procedure:-
1)Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl ensuring the batter coats the peanuts evenly.
2)On a greased microwave safe plate drop each of the coated peanuts separately and microwave on high for 1½ minutes.
Remove and cool. Store in an air-tight container.
