making dough is difficult and the cookies break

The dough doesnt come out good and the cookies break

Shwetha Sikanth:- Please try to follow the exact measurements & recipe..i personally never had this problem..as you can see in the pictures dough starts to come together in the blender itself after adding all the ingredients..If its not holding together then may be try to add little more maple syrup (1 tsp at a time) & avoid adding chocolate chips....And if you can't make cookie shape then you can simply make balls ..and store at room temperature in an air tight container overnight..it firms up more as it sits..hope it helps..

Hi Preety,
The idea seems interesting. But try to avoid eating raw flours. It will definitely not digest properly and will store in your body as toxins. Baking them is good for health. Eating raw flour(especially wheat flour) is also one other reason to become allergic to gluten someday.
