A Peek In My Vegetable Garden (July 2013)

We love growing our own vegetables every year, Below i am sharing few pictures of my vegetable garden.

My 5 year old daughter loves to pick the fresh veggies from our own backyard vegetable garden. She will pretend that she is going to grocery store :).She will take a reusable bag , a pretend phone for shopping. Here's what she got yesterday..Its really fun for kids to and they learn a lot about gardening..

Guess what this is..?...This is a dried cilantro plant ..Have you ever smelled fresh coriander seeds, if not you should , it smells divine..:)

Here's the garlic that we harvested earlier this year in April/May and we are all set for this year..i rarely buy garlic anymore..:)

looks like a well nurtured bounty. So lovely to have a garden that you can step out into and pick from. Keep it up and enjoy the fruit of your labour!
