Besan toast is a great alternative for french toast and it is eggless too so great for healthy vegetarian snack or breakfast.These can be made in jiffy.These are great to make with your leftover bread too.

Ingredients:-
Besan/Gram Flour/Chickpea Flour:- 1/2 Cup
Rice Flour:- 1/8 Cup
Red Chilli Powder:- 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder:- 1/2 Tsp
A pinch of turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
Black Salt:- 1/2 Tsp
Green Onions:- 1/3 Cup(Chopped finely)
Coriander/Cilantro leaves:- 2-3 Tbsp(Chopped)
2 Slices of Bread
Oil:- 2-3 Tbsp
Chaat Masala
Procedure:-
1) In a bowl mix together besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, salt & black salt.
2)Add water to make a thick pancake like batter.
3)Add green onion and coriander leaves, mix well.
4)Heat the oil in a non stick pan.
5)Cut the bread slice into 4 small pieces.
6)Dip the bread in batter and apply the mixture on both sides.
4)Place the bread slice on heated non stick pan .Cook both sides of the bread until golden & crisp.
Sprinkle some chaat msala on top & Serve hot with Chutney or Tomato Sauce..Enjoy:)
