Banana Yogurt Pancakes( A Healthy Breakfast)



These healthy pancakes are perefct way start your day with ,also you can make great use of those over ripe spotty bananas that were sitting on your kitchen counter .

Ingredients:-

All-purpose four, sifted:- 2 cups
Sugar substitute:-1 packet
Baking soda:- 1 Tbsp
Fat-free plain yogurt:-8 ounces
1 large very ripe banana, mashed
Skim milk:- 1/2 cup
Canola oil:- 1/2 Tbsp
Vanilla extract:- 1 Tsp
4 egg whites, beaten to soft peaks
cooking spray


Procedure:-

1) Combine the flour, sugar substitute, and baking soda in a large bowl.

2)Stir with a fork to combine. Add the yogurt, banana, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until just moistened.

3) Gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Lightly coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray.

4) Working in batches and using a ladle, make 4-inch pancakes.

5)Cook until the bottom is browned and bubbles come to the top of the cakes.

6)Turn and continue to cook until browned. Keep pancakes warm in the oven while you cook the rest of the pancakes.
