Fat-free canned refried beans:- 1/4 Cup
Salsa:- 1 Tbsp
Chopped fresh cilantro:- 1 1/2 teaspoon
Scallion, (optional):- 1 minced
Tortilla chips :- 1 ounce(about 10)
1) Combine refried beans, salsa, cilantro and scallion (if using) in a bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips.
