Love stuffed parathas as they are the best way to sneak in any vegetable you want in your kids meal.Parathas are popular for breakfast in North India. It is best served hot alongwith curd and pickle on the side.

Ingredients:-
- Boiled potatoes:- 2 (medium size)
- Methi Leaves( roughly chopped):- 1/2 Cup
- Coriander Leaves (chopped finely):- 2 Tbsp
- Ginger(chopped finely):-1 Tbsp
- Onion (small)chopped finely:- 1/2
- Salt
- Aamchoor/ Dry Mango powder:- 1 1/2 Tsp
- Red Chilli powder:- 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala:- 1 Tsp
- Ajwain:- 1 Tsp
- 2 cups wheat flour (atta)
- 1tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp salt
- warm water for mixing
For Stuffing:-
For Making Dough
To make the stuffing:-
1)Mash the potatoes in a separate bowl.
2)Mix rest of the stuffing ingredients in the potatoes well.
