Cauliflower is known as gobi or gobhi in Hindi.Gobi is an integral vegetable in the Indian menu. They are easy to prepare yet sumptuous. Gobhi is used in variety of Indian dishes from rice to sabzis..
Cauliflower (Gobhi) is a highly nutritious vegetable, contains many nutrients that can help prevent a range of diseases from cancer and detoxification process.
