3 Ingredient Healthy Vegan Burrito Recipe ( Step By Step Pictures)

Sometimes the easiest recipes truly produce the tastiest meals. Food doesn't have to be complicated, and often, that the fewer ingredients you add, the better something will taste. A perfect example is these incredibly easy three ingredient breakfast burritos. Keep it fresh, and use good quality ingredients, and your food will taste fantastic. These easy three ingredient burritos are about as good as it gets, and adding anything else starts too distract from perfection!

3 Ingredient Healthy Vegan Burrito Recipe

(I am not giving any specific measurement of the ingredients as you can use as per your requirement/taste )

Tortilla (Whole Wheat/ Flour / Corn )

1 15oz can of Black Beans (Drained & Washed well)
Guacamole (Store bought or Homemade)
Salsa (Store bought or Homemade)


(You Can use black beans directly from the can or spice it up little bit by heating the oil in a large nonstick skillet over a medium-high heat, when hot add 1 tsp of cumin seeds , as soon as they start to crackle add black beans , garam masala or any other spice mix you like and few splashes of tobassco sauce, cook until all the moisture is gone and black beans are nice and dry, it will take about 2-3 minutes)

Warm your tortilla on a plate in the microwave for about 10-20 seconds.The tortilla should be warm and pliable.

Add Guacamole in the center of each open flour tortilla.Don't get carried away and add too much.Sometimes less is more.

Add black beans , followed by salsa over the top.

Fold/Roll as shown in the pictures above.

Coat an 8-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium to medium-high heat.Transfer the burrito to the hot skillet (seam side down ) and cook until light brown, carefully flip the burrito and cook the another side. ( this step can be skipped if you have cooked tortilla, mine was not cooked).

Wrap in foil if desired. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.

Serve Warm , five minute and three ingredients will take you to burrito heaven. Enjoy!
