This is a super healthy bowl of vegan chickpea salad. My dad shared this easy recipe with me & it can be easily made under 5 minutes if you have boiled chickpeas on hand.You can also make this recipe with white chickpeas.You can also chill the salad before serving.
Boiled Black Chickpeas:-1/2 Cup
Tomato(cut into small pieces):-1/4 Cup
Onion (cut into small pieces):-1/4 Cup
Green Chilli:- 1 (optional)
Cucumber (cut into small pieces):- 1/4 Cup
Coriander/cilantro/dhaniya leaves:- 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice:- 1 Tbsp
Salt & Black Pepper as per taste
Chaat Masala:- 1/2 Tsp (optional)
Toss all the ingredients together and serve.
