Ingredients:-

Eggs
Water

Procedure:-

1)Place the eggs in a saucepan and pour sufficient water to cover the eggs and bring to a gentle boil.

2)When the water starts boiling , switch off the gas and cover the saucepan and let it sit for 15 minutes.

3)Remove eggs from water and serve as you like

OOH! i love the boiled eggs ..almost everyday for breakfast, while boiling I also add a tsp of salt so the hard shel comes out clean :) Lovely picture dear.

Hi Preety,
Just like Ann I also add a pinch of salt while boiling and Pour very cold water on them after the eggs are done (after removing from heat) as this makes shell come out very easily.
