Ingredients
Rustic potatoes:- 3 large
Jeera:- 1/2 tsp
Oil:-3 tbsp
Mustard:-1/2 tsp
Salt:- 1 tsp ( or as per your taste)
Turmeric:- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder:- 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala:- 1/2 tsp
Ajwain:- 1/2 tsp
Methi powder:- 1/2 tsp
Aamchoor/Mango powder:- 1/2 tsp
Procedure:-
1) Cut the potatoes in small pieces
2) Heat the oil in a pan ( Use non stick pan if you have) on a medium heat.
3) After the oil is hot put Jeera, ajwain and mustard.
4) Now put Salt, turmeric,red chilli powder & potatoes and mix it well..
5) Keep stirring the potatoes often if you are not using the non stick pan otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pan
6) Cook it uncovered in a pan until they are soft
7) Now add Garam masala, Methi powder & amchoor powder
Serve hot or at room temperature
