  8. Have you used whole wheat flour in making these pizza puffs?

As for egg substitute, You could try Ener-G , available at Wholefoods store. It is an excellent egg subtitute.

  12. Thanks for the nice recipe! I'm planning to bring these to my daughter's preschool and need to make them the night before. How do you suggest reheating if I refrigerate overnight? Will they still taste good?

  13. Ooh...i never did that before , i am not sure about the taste after refrigeration but if i have to do it a night before then i will make the batter (but add cheese ,onion and pepper just before baking) and refrigerate and bake in the morning..

  16. Hi Preety, I made them today. The result was ok but not great. Can I share what all I did and would love to have your advice on what was right or wrong.
    1) I used cheddar in place of mozarella.
    2) I added a lil salt for taste
    3) I lined the muffin tray with paper cups. The puffs came out sticking ao badly to the paper, we had eat them off from paper.
    4) What is the measure of the cup you used 8oz or 6oz etc.

    look forward to your advice

  17. I am not sure why yours stick to the cup, please make sure to exactly follow the recipe with the exact measurements mentioned above..mine never stick to the tray..i bake these in mini muffin tray , i don't use and cup liner , you can spray the tray with some pam spray and then directly bake it in the oven.

I always used mozzarella as i like the taste and texture of this cheese better..
