Here is a healthy & fast version of quesadilla for you to enjoy anytime. You can use whole wheat tortilla to make it more healthier.

Ingredients:-
- Broccoli:- 1 Cup
- Red Bell Pepper:- 1/2 Thinly Sliced
- Onion:- 1/2 Thinly Sliced
- Butter(unsalted):- 1 Tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper:- 1/2 Tsp
- Italian Seasoning:- 1/2 Tsp
- Pasta Sauce
- Tortilla :- 2
- Mexican 4 blend cheese:- 1/2 Cup
1)Heat the butter in a non stick pan , when hot stir fry broccoli,red bell pepper and onion together for 5 minutes.
2)Add salt, black pepper & Italian seasoning in the stir fry and mix everything well.Take off from the heat and keep it aside.
3)Take tortilla and put 1 Tbsp of pasta sauce then some stir fry veggie and top it with 1/4 cup of cheese.
4)Fold the tortilla in half and cook both sides.
