Mango Lassi/ Mango Shake


Mango lassi is similar to smoothie made with yogurt, mango and milk. It has very smooth and creamy texture and tastes heavenly.A refreshing drink perfect for hot summer.



Ingredients:-

Ripe Mango:- 1
Curd/yougurt:- 1/2 cup
Milk:- 1 cup
Sugar:- 2 Tbsp
Cardamom Powder (optional) as per taste

Procedure:-

Place everything in the blender except the cardamom powder..Blend it till smooth. Chill in the refrigerator before serving..

You can sprinkle the cardamom powder over the lassi or mix it in ..Enjoy:)
