Oats Utthapam/Oats Pancake/Oats chilla is very easy, quick , delicious and HEALTHY recipe. Great for breakfast as you can prepare the batter a night before and refrigerate it. You can add about 1/4 cup of rice flour too if you want to make it little crispy.

3)Heat a non-stick pan & season with a little oil.

  10. Yes you can keep it overnight, but if you want you can keep wet and dry ingredients separately and mix them together in the morning before making
