Hyderabadi Paneer & Corn Korma
This is a great recipe for classic Hyderabadi dish which is rich in taste and high in calories.

Ingredients
Paneer( cubed):- 500 gm
Corn:- 150 g
Oil:- 3/4 cup
Bay leaf:-1
Garlic paste:- 1 Tsp
Onion (ground to a paste):- 1 large
Grind it together

Curd:- 1 1/2 cup
Tomatoes:- 2
Green chillies, slit lengthwise(as per your taste)
Chilly powder:- 1 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala powder:- 1 1/2 Tsp
Cashew nuts:- 2 Tbsp
Almond powder:- 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Cream for garnishing:- 1 Tsp
Procedure:-
1)Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf and garlic, cook for a minute.
2) Add the crushed onion and fry till golden brown.
3)Add the ground masala paste and fry till the oil seperates. Add about two cup s water and bring to boil.
4)Add cubed paneer( either plain or fried ) and corn. Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Serve hot with roti/naan/Indian bread.
Note:-
Sugar:- 1 Tsp
Shahi Paneer Masala:- 1 TSp
Kasoori Methi Powder:- 1/2 Tsp
I added above ingredients at end as per my taste but its optional.
