Bandgobhi aur Gajjar ka Raita (Cabbage and Carrot raita)
Raita have always been a part of any tradition Indian meal..It can be served as a side dish alongwith chutney and salad. This recipe has great mix of flavors.

Serves 4-6
Ingredients:-
White Cabbage( Finely grated or Chopped):- 100g /4 oz
Carrots(grated):- 100g/ 4oz
Onion(preferably red & finely chopped:-75 g/ 3oz
Green Chili(seeded & finely chopped):- 1
Coriander Leaves(finely chopped):- 30 ml/ 2 Tbsp
Thick Natural Yogurt:- 150g / 5 oz
Bottled Mint sauce:- 10ml/ 2 Tsp
Sugar:- 5ml/ 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Roasted Salted Peanuts, lightly crushed:- 25g/1oz
Procedure:-
1)In a bowl combine the first five ingredients.
2)Beat the yogurt with a fork until smooth.
3)Mix in the mint sauce and sugar, then add to the cabbage mixture.
4)Cover and chill.
5)Stir in the salt and peanuts just before serving.
