Pav Bhaji- Famous Indian Street Food

Pav/ Pao Bhaji is very popular Indian Street Food or i would say it is the King of Street Foods. I still remember those days, we use to have it almost everyday after college, this is one thing we never got bored off and i am sure you all will agree with me..:)

In this recipe the main Spice is Pao Bhaji Masala, that you can find in any Indian Grocery store.. This is very easy to make dish and is a lifesaver when you don't have enough time to cook . Pav is a Bread Buns and Bhaji means Cooked Mixed Vegetables. Pao Bhaji is supposed to be on little spicy side but when you are making at home you can always adjust the ingredients as per your liking

Ingredients :-

Boil :-

Beans:- 1/2 cup (Chopped)
Carrot:- 1 Cup (Chopped)
Gobhi/ Cauliflower:- 1 Cup (Chopped)
Cabbage:- 1 Cup (Chopped)
Handful of Peas

For Tadka/Tempering:-

Butter:- 1 1/2 Tbsp

4)Add chopped tomato and cook till it becomes tender.
5) Add capsicum and peas(if using frozen ones) and cook for 3-4 minutes.
6)Add pavbhaji masala, red chilli powder, salt, Cumin Powder and cook again for 3-4 minutes.
7) Add the boiled vegetables, mix well , cook , in the end add lemon juice and mix well
8)Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and onions.
