Ingredients:-
Khoya/Khova:- About 3 cups( grated)
Sugar:- 1 cup or 1 1/2 cup if you like more sweet
Cardamom Powder:- 1 tsp
Milk:- 2 Tbsp
Procedure:-
1)Place khoya, sugar and milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.
2) Cook on a low flame, stirring continuously till all the moisture is gone and it leaves the side of the pan.
3) Mix cardamom powder
4) Knead to a smooth mixture with your hands when cool, then form into small round balls.
Store in a air tight container..and enjoy your pedas anytime..
Makes about 25 small pedas
