This Indian style salad is a perfect option for busy days, Salad is always less on calories and a good replacement for junk food. It is ready under 10 minutes if you have all the ingredients in your pantry.

Ingredients
- Light Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
- Onion - 1 small finely Chopped
- Tomato - 1 small chopped
- Spinach - 1 bunch
- Garbanzo beans - 2/3 cup (Boiled/Canned)
- Oil - 1 Tsp
- Cumin Seeds - ½ Tsp
- Mustard Seeds - ½ Tsp
- Salt - as per taste
Dressing (Mix the following in a bowl to make dressing)
- Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing:- 1 Tbsp
- Ginger (thinly sliced):- 1 Tsp
- Olive Oil:- ¼ cup
- Chaat Masala (Available at Indian Grocery Store):- ½ Tsp
- Salt & Black Pepper (as per taste)
- Lemon Juice of half Lemon
- Sugar - 1 Tsp
Procedure
- Heat 1 Tsp of oil in a non-stick skillet, add cumin & mustard seeds and allow it to splutter. Add Garbanzo beans, salt and mix everything well. Sauté for about 2 minutes and keep it aside.
- Take a Salad plate, place a handful of salad , sprinkle some onion and tomato and put half of the garbanzo beans.
- Pour some dressing (made earlier) over it with splash of Light Honey Mustard Salad Dressing..
- Serve at room temperature.
