Coconut Ladoo (Ready under 10 minutes)
Coconut Ladoo is a famous South Indian sweet and I know everyone might have their favorite coconut ladoo recipe also..i never tried making these ladoo before but when my friend Swati told me about this easy recipe which hardly takes 10 minutes from start to finish, i couldn't resist myself of trying these & as you can see in the pic, they came out just perfect..
Ingredients:-
Grated Coconut:- 2 cups
Sooji/Semolina:- 1 cup
Powdered Sugar:- 1 1/2 cup( I used 1 cup, plz adjust as per your taste)
Cardamom powder:- 1/2 tsp
Melted Ghee as per requirement
Procedure:-
1) Dry roast the sooji for about 4-5 minutes.
2) Set aside & let it cool.
3) Mix coconut, sugar and cardamom powder in sooji.
4) Mix little bit of ghee at a time in the sooji mixture to make the ladoos..
