Whole Wheat Sweet Crepes / Mitha Poora

These sweet whole wheat crepes are made with only three ingredients and are great for breakfast or snack , specially for kids. They can be served with a little indian pickle for a sweet , savory experience.

Ingredients:-

Whole Wheat Flour:- 1 Cup
Jaggery /Gur:- 1/2 Cup
Fennel Seeds:- 1/2 Tsp
Water:- 1 Cup

Procedure:-

1) Mix all the ingredients together in a deep bowl and let the batter sit for atleast 15 minutes.

2) Heat a lighly oiled griddle or non stick frying pan over medium high heat.

3) Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using 1/4 cup for each crepe/poora.(The trick is to spread the batter out slightly with the back of the laddle from the middle in a clockwise motion without thinning it out too much.0

4) Brown on the both sides and serve piping hot ( the only way to eat these :).

Enjoy:)
