Sometimes raw onions are too harsh to eat but this simple ice water trick makes them entirely palatable. Soaking in an ice water gives them an incredible crunch. These are great for salads or serve over burgers.
How To Prepare Perfectly Crunchy Raw Onions For Salad
Peel the onion and wash them.
Cut them any way you want.
Place them in a bowl full of ice cold water
Set the timer for 15 minutes.
Pat dry on a paper towel.
Serve..Enjoy:)
