It doesn't matter how big or small your kitchen is , making a little extra counter space doesn't hurt right :), for resting those extra bowl , veggies or anything.
Create extra counter space by opening a drawer and resting a cutting board across the top.

ReplyDeleteIf you want thick sambar and it is thin,take a small bowl and put 1 tsp rice flour and dilute it with little water and pour into the sambar and mix nicely.

ReplyDeleteI put a large wooden cutting board over one side of my sink. Not the
garbage disposal side. Can slip used dishes under it while I cook and grind up peelings ect as I go. Makes for less clean up after meals.

ReplyDeleteI had more extra-large bowls, etc. to wash than I had counter space to drip dry them, and so I opened my empty dishwasher & propped them in there until they were dry
