Tarbooj Sharbat / Watermelon Juice / Summer Drinks / Beverages
Watermelon and summertime are a perfect pair . It is an excellent source of lycopene & decrease fat storage and make muscles stronger.
Watermelon juice is a cool,refreshing slightly sweet & salty drink that will surely quench your thirst on any hot summer afternoon.
Watermelon Juice
Ingredients:-
Watermelon Cubes:- 2 Cups
Sugar:- 1/2 Tbsp or as per your taste
Salt:- 1/2 Tsp as per your taste
Black Salt:- 1/2 Tsp as per your taste
Few Springs of mint for garnishing
Procedure:-
1)Cut the watermelon into chunks/cubes removing the rind and seeds.
2) Use chilled watermelon, if your watermelon is not chilled then place the watermelon cubes into a bowl and let them cool in refrigerator for couple of hours.
3)In blender, place everything except mint and puree.
4)Strain through the stainer or just pour into the glass and garnish it with mint leaves .
Chill before serving if you want (optional).
