1 Minute Microwave Chocolate Mug Brownie (Eggless Quick Dessert)



When you need something quick & easy and don't want the oven on in this hot summer,something that take a lot less work and time than your original dessert, something to satisfy your sweet tooth, with little effort, then treat yourself with this fast one minute treat when you are craving just a single serving .



This is great emergency chocolate fix dessert.



Ingredients:-

All Purpose Flour:- 4 Tbsp
Granulated Sugar:- 1 Tbsp
Brown Sugar:- 1 Tbsp
Powdered Cinnamon:- 1/4 Tsp
Salt
Unsweetened Cocoa powder:- 1 Tbsp
Oil:- 1 Tbsp
Non Dairy Milk:- 2 Tbsp
Vanilla extract:- 1/4 Tsp
Chocolate Chips;- 1 Tbsp (optional)


Procedure:-

1)In a coffee mug, mix together all purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon , salt & Cocoa powder.

2)Add oil, milk & vanilla, whisk well.

3)Fold in chocolate chips and microwave for one minute. Careful not to overcook.

Enjoy:)

  2. This recipe plus the previous of bread pudding are kept aside. These are the types of desserts for someone who hardly bake. That said, its a big struggle with work now and by end next month, tadaa ----- your recipes will be done.

  17. If 1 minute is not enough go in the increment of 20 seconds and keep checking...All the microwaves are different so you might want to try and find what time best suits for yours...i hope it helps..

This is very delcious but the question is, i used skim milk and olive oil as opposed to the non dairy milk could this be an issue why when i made the batter it clumped? also was the salt supposed to be 1/4 teaspoon as well? just wondering and if you get back to me thanks, I also have questions regarding other recipes as I am in the united states on where to find certain ingredents.

  19. No i dont think using skim milk and olive oil will make any difference..if its too clumpy just add tsp of milk more..

    And sure plz let me know if u have any questions regarding an recipes
