Cookie In A Cup (Step By Step Pictures)

This is a perfect recipe for those days when you just one to make one cookie or single dessert

I made this yesterday and my daughter loved it, who wouldn't :) and best part is it is so easy and fast to make.

After trying this i think i am going to make more microwave desserts. I am totally addicted now . Source here

Ingredients:-


• Butter,melted:- 1 Tbsp
• White sugar:- 1 Tbsp
• Brown sugar:- 1 Tsp
• Vanilla :- 3 drops
• A pinch of salt
• Egg yolk:- 1
• Flour:- 1/4 Cup
• Chocolate chips:- 2 Tbsp

Procedure:-

1)Put butter, white sugar, brown sugar,vanilla and salt in a microwave safe bowl/cup/mug.

2)Mix everything well with a fork .

3)Put egg yolk and flour.

4)Mix everything well.

5)Mix in the chocolate chips

MICROWAVE 40-60 SEC.
