Quick Tortilla Pizza (Step By Step Pictures)

Everyone Loves Pizaa, but making pizza from scratch can be a very long process so this quick tortilla pizza is a great alternative..You can prepare and eat it under 30 minutes:)..My daughter loved it and the great thing is that she couldn't recognize that its not real pizza that makes it very successful recipe for kids..


Ingredients:-

I don't want to give the exact measurements for the recipe as you can use everything as per your preference and taste..

Tortilla
Tomato Paste or Tomato sauce
Cheese ( Any kind you like, i used 4 blend mexican cheese)
Veggies (finely sliced):- Onion,Capsicum
Olives

Spices( Garlic powder or garlic minced, Salt, Italian Seasoning , Black pepper)

Mix all the spices in the cheese and set it aside.

Coriander leaves finely chopped for garnish

Preheat the oven at 450 degree F

Take the baking tray and line it with aluminum foil, Place tortilla on the foil

Put the tomato paste or tomato sauce over the tortilla..I minced some garlic and spread it over the tomato paste.

Put half of your cheese blend over the tomato paste

Place all your veggies and olive all over the tortilla.( you can use any veggies of your choice)

Put the rest of the cheese over the veggies.

Bake it in the preheat oven for 5-10 minutes.














Serve hot or warm anytime...Enjoy:)
